I. Proprietary Rights

The photographs and audiovisual presentations contained on this, and any other site under the concretepictures.com, concrete.pictures or any other domain, are the property of Concrete Pictures LLC and it’s subsidiaries (CONCRETE) and are protected by United States and International copyright laws.

All Photograph and Audiovisual presentations of CONCRETE are copyrighted.
No ownership or use, either express or implied, is granted without license.

II. Work For Hire

All work created with CONCRETE are expressly not “work-for-hire.” any exception to this must be recorded in a statement of work, work order or purchase order signed by both parties before the start of work.

III. Copyright

CONCRETE licenses works under the limits of the Copyright laws of the United States, as specified in Title 17 of the United States Code. No rights are given without a license and are strictly limited to that license’s term and conditions. Failure to understand or comply with those terms and conditions does not grant any injunctive relief or specific performance.

IV. Governing Law/Venue.

CONCRETE is a New York company and governed by New York law, excluding its conflicts of law rules. All parties engaging CONCRETE irrevocably submit to venue and exclusive personal jurisdiction in the federal and state courts in New York City, New York, for any dispute arising, and waive all objections to jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
